Corrick provides psychological treatment within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Clinical hypnotherapy is utilized when applicable. Corrick has a passion for untangling the seemingly complex and assisting clients to gain clarity and progress towards meaningful behavioural change. He has a regional and international reputation as an ethical and skilled clinician, well-versed in challenging and complex presentations.
Corrick prides himself on developing highly effective working alliances. Open and frank discussions are encouraged and are often supportive and catalytic in nature. Corrick works with clients transparently and collaboratively. His approach has been described as directive but not direct. He is supportive but sees value in independence.
