Fees

Individual Psychological Sessions – $250.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes). 

Psychological services commissioned by, or for a third party (e.g. insurance companies), are billed on a sliding scale from $300 to $375 per clinical hour (50 minutes). 

Benefit Coverage/Insurance

Fees for psychological services may be covered in-part, or fully, depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. We offer direct billing to several insurance companies/benefit providers. Please contact your benefit provider to verify if your plan covers psychological services and offers direct billing for psychological services. We recommend asking your insurance provider the following questions to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include coverage for psychological services and/or counselling?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept e-transfers and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

We are able to direct bill to: Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Green Shield, Medavie Blue Cross, and others.

Payment is due at the time of your scheduled session, unless you have made prior arrangements directly with your psychologist.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please notify your psychologist at least 24-hours prior to your session start time to avoid a late cancellation fee, or missed session fee, of $250.00.
