Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Replacement, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
What if the product is lost in the mail?
Packages do go missing – it’s happened to us. If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected shipping timeframe, please double check the shipping address you provided with your order to ensure that it is correct. Next, fill out the Return form to the right to let us know what happened. If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment should be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
Please send a photo for verification of the damage within 7-days of receiving your products. Once we get your photo, we’ll gladly send a replacement – on us. To begin the process, fill out the Return form to the right. We will do our best to make things right.
What if there is a problem with the product?
If there is problem with your product, such as, it arrives broken or the printing is flawed (or other manufacturing defect) we will replace that product at our expense (after you provide a photo of the problem and complete the form to the right, within 7-days of receiving the product).
If the product is different than you expected, does not perform as you want it to, is the wrong size, or other situations where the product does not have a manufacturing defect or was not damaged in transit, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. The product can be replaced by placing a new order, at your expense.
What if the address I entered was wrong?
If you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can try to correct the information before your products are shipped. If the products have already been shipped they will be sent to the address you provided when you completed your order. Undelivered packages may be sent back to the return address. If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you for an updated address. However, if your package is not returned to us, you would have to process a new order to replace the original, at your expense.
How long do I have to submit a claim for replacement?
All claims must be submitted within 7-days of receiving the product(s). Requests must be accompanied by photos for verification of the damage and/or manufacturing defect.
Can I submit a request for a refund or exchange?
All of our items are created on-demand. That means the products you purchased we made especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
